Otis Jennings is Still a Candidate for Mayor

Mayoral candidate Otis Jennings confirmed this morning that he will continue to actively campaign for the city’s top executive post. He lost last week’s Republican primary to political newcomer Steve Kimatian, but remains on the ballot on the Conservative line. This sets up a three-way race between Jennings (C), Kimatian (R, I) and Councilor-at-Large Stephanie Miner (D, WF).

The general election will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd. If Otis wants to have any impact in the race, especially if he still thinks he can win, he needs to shake up his campaign staff and do a lot of heavy lifting over the next seven weeks.
